KIEV, Jan. 13 - Netherlands' TBIF Financial Services N.V., part of the Kardan N.V. investment group, has increased its stake in the charter capital of Ukraine's VAB Bank from 48.91% to 63.01%, Ukraine's Securities and Stock Market Commission said through its information dispensing system.
These changes were posted in the registrar of owners on January 11.
The commission said that Kiev-based OOO Bauman-Trade reduced its stake in the bank's charter capital from 28.62% to 20.71% while individual owners decreased their stake from 19.98% to 14.46%.
