KIEV, Oct. 28 - Russian oil major Lukoil will probably restart its Ukrainian oil refinery in November, a month after it was shut down due to disagreement with an oil shipper, a Ukrainian government official said Wednesday.
Lukoil shut its oil refinery in Odessa on October 1 after UkrTransnafta, the state-owned oil shipper, had reversed one of its TransDniprian pipelines for importing Caspian Sea crude to the country’s biggest oil refinery UkrTatNafta.
