KIEV, Sept. 2 - Ukraine and Russia should revise the natural gas agreement the two countries signed in January as some clauses of the deal have not been fulfilled, a top energy security aide to Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko said Wednesday.
“Some clauses concerning volumes of gas supply have not been fulfilled,” Bohdan Sokolovskiy, the aide, said. “And these [potential disagreements] haven’t been legally resolved.”
