KIEV, July 6 – Ukraine is holding talks with both Russia and the European Union, over a loan to massively purchase Russian natural gas within the next three months, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said Monday.

Tymoshenko responded to media reports suggesting Naftogaz Ukrayiny was about to sign an agreement allowing Troika Dialog, a well-connected Moscow-based brokerage, to arrange a $4 billion loan.
