KIEV, June 12 – Income of Ukrainian banks in January to May came to UAH 61 billion, while their expenditures stood at UAH 68.1 billion, according to a posting on official website of the National Bank of Ukraine.

According to the report, UAH 23.7 billion or 34.8% of total expenses were sent to reserves.

As reported, year-over-year, the bank's profits were estimated at UAH 39.5 billion, while their expenditures – at UAH 35.2 billion.
