KIEV, April 13 – While the preferences of Ukrainian voters relate to their attitude to Russia there are no reasons to suggest that the attitude to Russia will be a key foreign policy factor at the presidential elections, the president of Kiev International Institute of Sociology, Valeriy Khmelko, told the Dzerkalo Tyzhnya weekly newspaper while commenting on the results of a survey conducted in February.
According to the survey, some 91% of Ukrainians in February were well, or very well disposed towards Russia.
