KIEV, April 7 - Ukraine will import natural gas from Russia at a price of $270-$271 per 1,000 cubic meters in the second quarter, down from $360/1,000 cu m in the first quarter, a senior official at Naftogaz Ukrayiny said Tuesday.

The price, which was calculated jointly by Gazprom and Naftogaz by a special formula agreed in January, appears to be less than $280/1,000 cu m that Gazprom has last month predicted.
