KIEV, March 5 – Volodymyr Ohryzko, the pro-Western foreign minister ousted this week by Parliament, asked President Viktor Yushchenko on Thursday not to nominate him again, citing radical policy differences with Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
Ohryzko was dismissed on Tuesday after lawmakers loyal to Tymoshenko had joined forces with the pro-Russian opposition Regions Party in backing the motion.
