KIEV, Nov. 7 - Ukraine plans to move at least 120 billion cubic meters of Russian natural gas to markets in the European Union in 2009, on par with the record amount that is expected to be shipped in 2008.

“We pledged to move at least 120 billion cu m of gas in 2009. We will implement this,” a spokesman at Naftogaz Ukrayiny, the national oil and gas company, said Friday citing Oleh Dubyna, the head of the company.
