KIEV, May 16 - Ukraine’s biggest steel pipe producer, Interpipe, arranged international financing for a state-of-the-art steel maker that will completely meet its demand for raw material, the company announced Friday.

The electric furnace steelmaking complex will have capacity of 1.32 million metric tons/year and will be the largest such facility in Central and Eastern Europe when put in operation in 2009.
