KYIV, Aug 14 - PGW Defence Technologies, a Canadian small firearms manufacturer, is planning to begin deliveries of LRT-3 12.7mm sniper rifles, which the Canadian army is armed with, to the Ukrainian Armed Forces already in fall.
Small firearms will be supplied under the contract signed with the Ukrainian Defense Ministry this year amounting to about 1 million Canadian dollars (about $770,000), Ross Spagrud, the owner of Winnipeg-based PGW Defence Technologies, said in an interview with the Ukrainian TV foreign broadcaster UATV.
