KIEV, Oct. 19 - The sole shareholder of PJSC Alfa-Bank (Kiev), ABH Ukraine, on October 11 issued eurobonds in the amount of $50 million, according to an announcement from the financial institution.

According to the document, the securities were issued under the Reg S rule (for non-U.S. investors) with a maturity of up to December 2018 and a coupon rate of 9%.

The eurobonds were included in listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
