KIEV, July 27 – Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) Artem Sytnyk said that the issue of influence of the criminal case against top managers of Odessa Port-Side Chemical Plant (OCPC) on the privatization of the enterprise is speculative.

He is convinced that the investigation into corruption crimes is a precondition for improving investment climate in the country, he said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
