KIEV, March 13 – President Petro Poroshenko said he is not interfering with the sale of his assets, for the implementation of which Rothschild company was hired, but he accused Russian authorities of preventing the deal.

"At present Russian authorities are preventing this sale ... In any case, we should bring the process to an end," he said in an interview with 1+1 TV Channel.

It was reported that Poroshenko had announced plans to sell his business assets, including candy factories, after his election as Ukraine's president in the spring of 2014.
