KIEV, Feb. 16 – Gas production in 2015 will fall by 2.6%, from 15.1 billion cubic meters (bcm) in 2014 to 14.7 bcm, Ukrgazvydobuvannia CEO Serhiy Kostiuk predicted.
"I think that it's impossible to retain production at the level of 2014. Extraction will fall, the question is by how much," he told reporters in Kiev.
He said that the fall in gas production is linked to the loss of fields owned by the company as a result of the hostilities in Donbas.
