KIEV, Feb. 12 – A credit agreement between the Ukrainian and Japanese governments, as a part of the reconstruction of the Bortnychi aeration station in Kiev, could be signed in the beginning of this summer, representatives of Kyivvodokanal and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) said during a meeting at the Bortnychi aeration station in Kiev on Wednesday.
"We’re at the final stage of working out all the issues at the intergovernmental level, and I think that the time for signing the intergovernmental agreement is on our doorstep," Mission Head and Deputy Director General of JICA Office for the Middle East and European countries Mori Hiroyuki said.
