KIEV, Feb. 3 – The Vuhlehirsk thermal power plant, a business unit of the Centerenergo power generating company, has been unable to receive coal for eight days, First Deputy Energy and Coal Industry Minister Yuriy Ziukov said.

"The Vuhlehirsk thermal power plant has been the only state-run power plant using coal of gas grade G. Coal supplies have been impossible for eight days because of the ongoing hostilities," he told reporters in Kiev on Tuesday.
