MOSCOW, Jan. 30 – The 12th convoy with humanitarian aid for Ukraine's south-eastern regions has been formed and is expected to depart for Donetsk and Luhansk on January 31.
"The formation of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry's 12th humanitarian aid convoy for Donbas has been completed in the Rostov region. It is ready for departure. It includes more than 170 trucks carrying over 1,500 tons of humanitarian supplies," a ministry spokesman said on Friday.
