KIEV, Jan. 30 – National Bank of Ukraine Governor Valeriya Gontareva says she plans to remove the "oligarch" schemes from the Ukrainian banking system.

"I plan to remove the oligarch schemes of functioning commercial banks from the system. We plan to create conditions which will make impossible the return to these schemes," the NBU website reported Gontareva as saying at a meeting with U.S. Secretary of Treasury Jacob Lew on January 28.
