MOSCOW, Oct. 29 – A Russian Emergency Situations Ministry convoy carrying humanitarian aid for residents of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine, which departed Russia's Moscow region on Tuesday, should reach the Rostov region in the early hours of Thursday, says Oleg Voronov, a deputy chief of the Emergency Situations Ministry national crisis management center.

"The automobile convoy, which departed the Moscow region, has passed through the Voronezh region. After the some rest, refueling, and the technical inspection of the vehicles, it continued its movement. The automobile convoy is expected to reach the Rostov region in the early hours of October 30," Voronov told Interfax on Wednesday, noting that the drivers are feeling well and that all the trucks are in service.
