KIEV, Jan. 14 – The preservation and enhancement of cooperation with Russia in the defense and industrial complex is significant factor in the economic growth of Ukraine, the government's commissioner for cooperation with Russia, the CIS and EurAsEC countries, Valeriy Muntiyan, said.
"It is important for Ukraine both today and in the medium term to at least maintain and in some areas develop military-technical and industrial cooperation with Russia, because in recent years the volume of sales of Ukrainian military and dual-use goods in Russia had higher figures in comparison with other countries," the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade said, citing the commissioner.
