BRUSSELS, Nov. 25 - An Association Agreement could still be signed at the upcoming Ukraine-EU summit, European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule said.

"You do not have to be a scientist to see that the next opportunity for signature is a Ukraine-EU summit, the date for which has not yet been set. We are thinking about late winter or early spring," he told reporters in Brussels.
