KIEV, July 15 - Ukraine plans to launch in operation two new power units at Dniester Hydroelectric Pumped Storage Power Plant (HPSPP), Europe's largest such facility, in 2014 and 2015, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Eduard Stavytskiy said.

He made the statement after visiting the site of the plant construction on Friday for an inspection, the ministry's press service reported Monday.
