KIEV, May 15 – The Odessa oil refinery, which is controlled by VETEK Group, plans to sign an agreement with Russia's Lukoil on deliveries of crude oil worth $1.98 billion from May 2013 to April 2014.
The decision was stipulated in the minutes of a meeting of shareholders in public joint-stock company Odessa oil refinery held on April 29, 2013, a copy of which has been forwarded to Interfax-Ukraine.
According to the planned budget of the company for 2013-2014, it is also planned to sign agreements on the sale of fuel in the period from May 2013 to April 2014 worth some UAH 18.5 billion ($2.3 billion).
