KIEV, Feb. 20 - Ukraine is considering the introduction of protective duties on imports of gasoline in order to help domestic oil refineries restart production, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Eduard Stavytskiy said Wednesday.
As a result of the planned measures, Lukoil Odessa oil refinery will probably resume operation in March as the government is currently in talks with the Russian company, he said.
“One of the oil refineries, specifically Odessa oil refinery, will resume operation in March,” Stavytskiy said at a press conference.
