KIEV, Dec. 3 – The government, whose resignation was accepted by President Viktor Yanukovych earlier on Monday, submitted its draft 2013 budget to Parliament for debate and approval in the first reading.

The move shows the government wants to have the budget approved by outgoing lawmakers at their last session before newly elected lawmakers take their seats next week.
