KIEV, Aug. 9 – Experts predict that a consortium of ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Ukraine B.V., British-Dutch Shell, Petrom (Romania, a subsidiary of Austria's OMV) and state-owned Nadra Ukrayiny will win a tender to sign a production sharing agreement for the Skifske oil and gas field on the Black Sea shelf.

"The consortium has an advantage in the technical and investment potential, as well as experience," Mykhailo Honchar, the head of the energy programs of the Nomos center, told Interfax-Ukraine.
