KIEV, August 2 – President Viktor Yanukovych has signed a law amending existing securities legislation, including the introduction of prudential supervision over advertising on the stock market.

"Professional stock market players are obliged to observe prudential requirements, the list, size and calculation methods that are set by the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market," reads the document.

The list of the requirements is set separately for each type of professional operation.
