KIEV, July 16 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny, the national energy company, and Rompetrol Group N.V., which controls three oil refineries and a chain of gas filling stations across Europe, signed an agreement on Monday seeking to jointly expand in Ukraine.

The plans include setting up and expanding a chain of gasoline filling stations across Ukraine, improving gasoline quality and using the country’s oil and petroleum product terminals to boost transshipment services.
