KIEV, May 25 – The Artem state corporation (Kiev) in 2012-2013 is to supply R-27 medium-range air-to-air missiles worth around $250 million under an order of the Indian Defense Ministry.

"At present, a contract to supply R-27 missiles for the Indian Defense Ministry has been signed. The value of the contract, $246 million, means the labor and production facilities of the company will be fully utilized for the 2012-2013 period," Artem President and Board Chairman Stanyslav Smal told Interfax-Ukraine.
