KIEV, Aug. 9 – The Ukrainian Exchange's UX Index, which lost 8.28% on Monday, on Tuesday had plunged by another 10% an hour after the start of trading, to 1755.93 points.

The collapse to 1750 points was registered in the first 30 minutes of trading, although then the index won back almost 100 points, starting falling again, while the fall by the close of trade on the previous day exceeded 10%.
