KIEV, April 1 – Odessa oil refinery, the owner of which is Russia's Lukoil, has left unconfirmed the volumes of oil to be refined at the refinery stipulated in a supplement to a memorandum signed by the Ukrainian government and owners of Ukrainian oil refineries.
A source in the government acquainted with the documents has told Interfax-Ukraine that the supplement to the memorandum foresees that oil refining at Odessa oil refinery in 2011 would total one million tons, and the refinery is to produce 500,000 tons of light fuel. It was expected that in 2012 and 2013 oil refining would grow to two million tons and 2.5 million tons, respectively.
