KIEV, March 9 - Yuriy Boyko, Ukraine’s energy and coal industry minister, on Wednesday blamed the rising crude oil price on world markets and some unidentified gasoline importers for skyrocketing gasoline prices in the country.

Boyko responded to calls from the largest opposition party, Batkivshchyna, demanding his dismissal for the uncontrolled increase in gasoline prices over the past two months.
