KIEV, Nov. 23 - Ukraine and Libya on Tuesday agreed to step up trade and economic cooperation between the two countries ranging from agriculture to aerospace to the oil and gas sectors.

Prime Minister Mykola Azarov visited Tripoli for talks with Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi and other government officials, and to join a meeting of the joint commission for trade and cooperation.
