KIEV, Oct. 4 - Ukraine may start construction of a liquefied natural gas terminal on the Black Sea early next year, the office of First Deputy Prime Minister Andriy Kliuyev reported Monday.
The LNG terminal, which is expected to be built near Odessa, will have capacity of 10 billion cubic meters of gas per year and is estimated to cost about $1 billion, the press service reported in a statement.
