KIEV, Sept. 14 - Ukraine and Russia will start approving draft credit and guarantee agreements on completing the third and fourth reactors at Khmelnytsky nuclear power plant in the middle of September, Volodymyr Bronnikov, the director general of Atomproektengineering, a subdivision of Energoatom, told journalists in Kiev.
"Ad-hoc groups from the two countries will hold talks in the middle of September and afterwards the details will be announced," he said.
