KIEV, Sept. 9 - National energy company UkrEnergo has announced an auction for access to Ukrainian interstate power lines for electricity exports for the period from October 1 to October 31.

According to UkrEnergo, access to 2,460 MW of electricity to be exported in four directions is divided into 18 lots, which differ in terms of power transmission capacity.

In particular, 495 MW has been put up for sale in six lots for the export of electricity from the Burshtyn energy island to Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania.
