KIEV, April 22 - Ukrainian opposition groups vowed to block the legislature next week to prevent ratification of an agreement that lowers price of Russian natural gas in exchange for extending stationing of Russian navy in Ukraine.

The groups said they will insist on impeachment of President Viktor Yanukovych for signing the agreement, which they argue “destroys” the country’s independence.
