Ukraine, Russia in ‘constructive’ gas talks

Poroshenko pessimistic about creation of land market in Ukraine
KYIV, Sept 20 – President Petro Poroshenko has expressed doubts that a decision to create the land market will be made in the near future.
"I understand that, unfortunately, there are no chances for a balanced state decision to create, for example, a civilized land market ... now it will be difficult to do," he said from the parliamentary rostrum on Thursday, delivering an annual message. |
