KYIV, Sept 20 – President Petro Poroshenko has expressed doubts that a decision to create the land market will be made in the near future.

"I understand that, unfortunately, there are no chances for a balanced state decision to create, for example, a civilized land market ... now it will be difficult to do," he said from the parliamentary rostrum on Thursday, delivering an annual message.

At the same time, he recalled that the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) recognized a moratorium on the free market circulation of land as violating the rights of Ukrainians.
