Yatseniuk orders government to reduce rolling blackouts by Jan. 1

KIEV, Dec. 19 – Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has ordered relevant ministries and agencies to reduce the number of rolling blackouts in Ukraine by the start of 2015.

NBU cancels abolition of obligatory foreign currency receipt sales

KIEV, Dec. 21 – The National Bank of Ukraine has cancelled its resolution abolishing the obligatory sale of foreign currency receipts.

NBU resolution No. 457 was registered in the Justice Ministry on December 13, 2010. It is to come into effect 10 days after state registration.
