KYIV, Oct 24 – Ukraine, due to the Russian military invasion, has become one of the world leaders in the contamination of the territory with explosive objects: since 2014, some 150,000-180,000 square kilometers have been affected, which is 25-30% of the entire territory of the country.

KIEV, Oct. 24 – A Parliament-backed initiative to almost double MP salaries will be rejected, Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroysman says.
Last week the Rada voted for conclusions and recommendations put forth by parliamentarians as the feedback for the government-prepared draft national budget for 2017 and now the Cabinet is analyzing the changes proposed by the lawmakers, Hroysman said on Facebook. |
