KIEV, Nov. 24 - The budget revenues target will be missed in November and December as the economic situation has worsened, Finance Minister Viktor Pynzenyk told reporters on Monday.

The minister said the recent negative tendencies in the banking sector and a number of other branches of the economy would contribute to this process.

“The situation is deteriorating, and even estimates made a month ago are now obsolete,” said Pynzenyk.
