Ukraine opens case against Russian agency

Putin aide threatens loss of $12b trade
MOSCOW, Sept. 30 – Ukraine may lose up to $12 billion annually in trade with Russia after signing a free trade agreement with the European Union, a senior Russian official said Monday.
