KIEV, Sept. 30 - Ukraine asked Poland on Thursday to speed up decision-making on building an extension to the Odessa-Brody oil pipeline, which would enable deliveries of Caspian Sea crude to the Polish port of Gdansk.
Prime Minister Mykola Azarov on Thursday raised the issue at talks with his Polish counterpart Donald Tusk in Warsaw.
“We must have a breakthrough in this issue. We have been talking about it for at least six years, I believe,” Azarov said in a statement. “We should finally take a mutually beneficial decision.”
