Ukraine dispatches team to Moldova to repair gas pipeline section
KIEV, Aril 2 - Ukraine on Thursday dispatched a special team to Moldova to help repair a section of natural gas pipeline that moves Russian gas to Europe and that was damaged by an explosion Wednesday.
Naftogaz Ukrayiny, which operates Ukrainian gas pipelines moving 80% of Russia’s Europe-bound supplies, said Moldova had asked for help. The repair will probably take three days, Naftogaz said. |

Pro-Western opposition groups call for rally to back Yushchenko

The group led by former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, Our Ukraine and the People??™s Self-defense said the rally will also put pressure on the pro-Russian government until the new election is held. |
