KIEV, April 1 – Ukraine's Foreign Ministry has explained the rules for visiting Crimea for foreign citizens, in response to a Russian Foreign Ministry statement.


Parliament resolution calls for immediate disarmament of armed groups

KIEV, April 1 - Parliament passed a resolution on immediate disarmament of illegal armed groups in the country.
