Court rejects lawsuit against Yushchenko for gas talk 'interference'

KIEV, July 9 - Ukraine's Higher Administrative Court has refused to launch proceedings on a lawsuit lodged by Kiev lawyer Stanislav Batrin against Ukraine's third president, Viktor Yushchenko (2005-2010), regarding his interference in the course of gas talks in 2008.
