KIEV, Oct. 8 – President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree to set a Committee for Intelligence Issues under the President of Ukraine, and appointed his adviser Ihor Smeshko to chair the committee.

STRASBOURG, Oct. 7 - PACE President Mevlut Cavusoglu has called on the Ukrainian authorities not to delay the holding of reforms in the country.

He told Ukrainian journalists in Strasbourg on Friday that there was a three-year action plan in the sphere of conducting reforms.
