Separatists preparing for war, Kiev says

KIEV, Nov. 11 - Kiev accused separatists of preparing for renewed conflict in east Ukraine on Tuesday by bringing in "Russian mercenaries" and rearming as heavy shelling increased strains on a crumbling ceasefire, Reuters reported.

President signs new tax code revisions over opposition protests

KIEV, Nov. 8 – President Viktor Yanukovych has signed law No. 657-VII amending the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning the accounting and registration of taxpayers on Friday, according to the president's press service.

Parliament passed the law on October 24.
